In this lesson I am not only going to show you HOW to avoid being one of those 96% that fails…
…I am also going to show you how you can literally SKYROCKET your business.
If you are familiar with my background, I used to work for one of the biggest companies in Norway as a System Administrator for their SAP HR/Payroll system (I know, sexy stuff). We were running payrolls for about 30 000 employees every month.
And while working there I managed to increase my own productivity with 200%.
That means that what I used to spend 8 hours on doing, I could do in 2 hours.
Kind of crazy, right?
Here´s the thing…
when I started as an entrepreneur I applied my productivity skills to my business.
And what happened?
I got great results in a short period of time.
I did this when I…
…built 2000 targeted Twitter followers organically (for free) in 38 days
…created a blog post that generated 20 231 page views in 6 days
…got featured on 158 blogs in 14 months
…won several awards within my first year of blogging (and even more in my second year)
…was able to 20x my revenue within a year

Enough about the boring stuff.
I am not saying this to brag (even though my baby daughter Luna might disagree a bit.)

I have invented something I call…
Key Momentum Metrics (KMM).
Any type of business will really just have 1 or 2 metrics that will bring in more income.
By focusing on ONLY the activities that will increase the Key Moment Metrics, you will be able to grow your business FAST.
But not only that…
…the more time you spend on these activities on a CONSISTENT basis, the more momentum you will gain!
It´s like the snowball effect.
That is how I managed to make $18 000 in sales in 2 days by using Twitter.
You might be thinking, “Tor, could you give me an example of the 1-2 activities?”
Great question!
Yes, I was actually going to cover that now.
Example 1:
If you are running a sales division.
There are basically only 2 metrics that you need to track:
– Metric #1: The amount of leads
– Metric #2: The amount of sales
The easiest way to increase the amount of sales, is to increase the amount of leads.
So your 2 key activities (based on the 2 KMM) should be to focus on:
1. A specific activity that will increase your leads
2. A specific activity that will increase the amount of sales
The same goes for an online business, where you can just switch out the word leads with subscribers.
Does that make sense?
Great.
This might sound very simple. But I can assure you that it´s not.
This is NOT about focusing on spending your time on these activities for 1 day.
It´s about doing it every freakin´ single day…
Do that and you will grow your business faster than you could ever have imagined.

– How much of your time per week are you currently focusing on those activities?
