This course wasn´t created for me to show off.
Heck, this course is´t really about me at all.
It´s actually all about…

Part 1: The Unfair Advantage That Will Smoke Your Competitors
This might be a bit boring example, but it gets the point across.
Bear with me 🙂
Imagine that there were 3 doctors running their own businesses in the same town.
Doctor A: had just established his business, was charging low prices and had no customers.
Results: No income.
Doctor B: had been running his businesses for several decades, was charging medium prices and had a steady flow of customers.
Result: Medium income.
Doctor C: had just established his business, was charging high prices and had a steady flow of customers.
Result: High income.
Which of the doctors above would you be, if you were running a business (as a doctor)?
Duh! C, right?
So how could doctor C that had just established his business be able to charge high prices AND have a steady flow of customers?
The short answer is…
…because people perceived him to be the go-to person.
When you are able to be seen as the authority / expert in your industry, you will be able to get more clients and charge premium prices.
This is without a doubt the best way to smoke your competitors.
You NEVER want to compete on price (you would just be seen as another McDonalds).
You always want to compete on the value you provide for your clients (as a high-end restaurant that is always booked solid).
When people choose you.
You want them to choose you BECAUSE it´s you…
…regardless of price.
It has all to do with how you have positioned yourself and your brand.
Which would lead to people perceiving you as the authority in your field.
And this results in them willing to pay premium for your services / products.
That would be kind of cool, right?
You might be thinking “Tor, that was a brief lesson. And I was kind of expected you to do some really secret ninja stuff her.”
I hear you.
Listen, I could have written a longer lesson to impress you. But you remember the “short, digestible and straight to the point” part that I mentioned in the start?
Yeah, I´m sticking to that.
In addition, I could also have shared some secret ninja stuff with you here…
…but it would do you NO good.
Why?
Because this is like building a house.
In the start you need a solid foundation, right?
If not the house will crumble.
And without you getting the AUTHORITY part right, all the other strategies and tactics in the world won´t help you…
…if you are going to build your business FAST.

– Write a list of the 10 people you perceive as the top dogs in your industry.
